I studied finance in college, and then moved to Boston to start my career. At the time I landed at a tiny start up called CSN Stores, now known as Wayfair. When I first started there were about fifty employees, and only two finance members. Today, there are over 2500 employees and a hundred finance team members. I've been a part of a very successful adventure at Wayfair and have seen and learned so much in my ten years there.
