I have been working in Training and Development for almost 15 years. I find my work so rewarding because I help people grow and develop skills and knowledge to be successful in their careers. I believe that when people are provided the directions and support they need to get their jobs done well, they are happier, more engaged and more successful.

"I graduated from Oberlin College in 1999 with a degree in Mathematics. I worked in retail for a few years after college (like lots of liberal arts graduates do!) I got a job working in the Training Department at Krispy Kreme in 2001. This is when I discovered that I love training! I traveled the world with Krispy Kreme, rolling out training program in Toronto, Canada, London, England and Sydney, Australia. Company changes at Krispy Kreme forced me to leave in 2005 when I started as a Training Specialist at The Fresh Market. I have grown immensely in my career at The Fresh Market and look forward to many more years in the Training and Development field."
