I work full time as a reactor inspector for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in King of Prussia, PA. I also own a small business - a CrossFit gym named Iron Cross Athletics. My husband runs the gym full time, while I manage the business aspects. I also coach at night and on the weekends.

MORE

Throughout my time at Westover, I was always drawn in two very different directions. I loved my math and science classes, but I was equally passionate about sports. I am so fortunate to have found a balance in my professional life where I can pursue both of these passions. I graduated from Villanova in 2004 with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, and accepted a job with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

In 2009 I discovered CrossFit, and I immediately fell in love with it! (It is still the most fun and most effective strength and conditioning program I have ever participated in!) I knew my passion for CrossFit was something I wanted to share with others, so in 2011 my husband and I opened the doors of Iron Cross Athletics, home of CrossFit Phoenixville. I still work full time as an engineer / reactor inspector for the NRC. At night and on weekends I manage the business aspects of ICA and coach both classes and personal clients.
