Victoria Viera '00

As an Account Director with Lautman Maska Neill & Company, Vicki works with a variety of nonprofits from across the country, helping them to develop and execute both short-term and long-term direct marketing goals. She manages all aspects of direct response fundraising campaigns – from strategy conception, to copy and creative development, multi-channel integration and back-end analysis – with an eye towards stewarding donors and moving them up the donor pyramid.

Her current clients include Heifer International, the Human Rights Campaign and the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation. She's also had the pleasure of working with Accion International, The Actors Fund, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Mercy Corps, Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, Point Foundation, and 30+ Meals on Wheels groups across the country.

Before joining Lautman Maska Neill & Company as a Junior Account Executive in 2008, Vicki worked as a Development Associate and Database Administrator at The Calhoun School in Manhattan. There, she worked closely with board members and parent and alumni volunteers on a variety of fundraising endeavors including the Annual Fund, Capital Campaign and the Annual Auction Benefit. She also oversaw gift accounting, reconciling and reporting.

A proud West, Vicki is currently serving on the Board of Governors for Westover School in Middlebury, CT where she also co-chairs the Westover Fund – helping increase alumnae support and raise valuable, unrestricted funds.

Vicki graduated from Tulane University with a dual degree in Marketing and Spanish Literature.
